Our History

Maximus Developments Australia was founded on the basis of providing solid up front town planning advice to clients. Mark Raymundo has over fifteen (15) years experience with the New South Wales Statutory System in both Public and Private Sectors with a vast array of experience dealing with residential flat buildings, seniors living, boarding houses, multi dwelling housing, dual occupancies, dwelling houses,  shop top housing, commercial, industrial, place of public worship and unique uses.
